On the occasion of World Environmental Day, celebrated annually on June 5th, we organized a meaningful event at the Mocassir School Assembly Compound. The theme for World Environmental Day 2023 was “Restoring Our Earth,” emphasizing the urgency of environmental restoration and conservation. On June 5th, our team, alongside enthusiastic students, gathered at the school’s assembly area to commemorate this vital day.
During the event, we presented captivating poems and inspiring sayings that highlighted the significance of environmental preservation. These creative expressions served as a medium to engage and educate the students about their role in protecting the environment. Additionally, we conducted interactive sessions and awareness programs that encouraged sustainable practices among the students. These sessions covered topics such as waste management, energy conservation, and the importance of biodiversity.
By celebrating World Environmental Day at Mocassir School, we aimed to instill a sense of environmental responsibility in the young minds of the students. The event encouraged them to become stewards of the environment and inspired them to take action to protect our planet.
