Action for Environment (A4E) hosted a special Ramadan-themed dialogue as part of its Daango iyo Deegaan series at Mo’asar School in Mogadishu. The session brought together participants to explore the powerful connection between faith and environmental responsibility.
The discussion focused on promoting eco-conscious practices during the holy month, leading to the launch of the “Ramadan Sustainability Tips” campaign. This initiative encouraged households, mosques, restaurants, and hotels to adopt practical steps to reduce food waste and single-use plastics during Ramadan. Through this effort, A4E fostered a growing partnership network committed to sustainability grounded in cultural and spiritual values.
